UPI Mesh — Offline Payment System

A proof-of-concept simulating offline UPI payments over a Bluetooth mesh network. Secured with hybrid RSA-OAEP + AES-256-GCM encryption, idempotent transaction processing via SHA-256 hashing, and replay attack prevention using signed expiry timestamps with optimistic locking.
